A colleague of mine just told me about Sant Suite. They publish "RFP Master" and "Proposal Master". She walked me through all the capabilities, which were both awesome and impressive. I haven't checked it out online yet, but just heard about it minutes ago. If you take a look, please pass on any feedback.
